**Main Responsabilities** * Coordinate and balance the production line to achieve all objectives established in the production schedule. * Meet the daily production targets consistently. * Monitor, report, and maintain control over attendance and punctuality of assigned personnel. * Review labor hours recorded in the system against planned/quoted hours. * Operate the production line at the established rate. * Record and track scrap accurately. * Ensure a minimum of 90% efficiency in the assigned area. * Ensure labor hour recording meets a minimum accuracy of 95%. * Implement and maintain 6S standards throughout the production area. * Drive and maintain overall productivity of the production line. * Utilize the INTUITIVE system effectively for operations tracking and reporting. * Comply with and enforce the Internal Work Regulations (IWR). * Maintain NBH (Non\-Billable Hours) below 5%. * Ensure 100% compliance with production schedules and plans. * Request and coordinate root cause investigations and define corrective actions for issues affecting production. * Maintain 100% On\-Time Delivery (OTD). * Manage labor resources effectively and optimize the skills of assigned personnel. * Ensure proper follow\-up and oversight of daily production operations. * Communicate clearly and professionally in English, both verbally and in writing. **What We’re Looking For** * Bachelor’s degree in Mechanical, Industrial, Manufacturing Engineering or related field. * 5\+ years of experience in a similar position. * Male. * Conversational English (required). * General knowledge in the Metal\-Mechanical area (Die \& Tooling, Press Brakes, Welding, Painting). * Knowledge of Quality Systems. * Experience using system reports and tools for planning and monitoring manufacturing activities. * Leadership and resource management skills. * Teamwork oriented. * Proactive. * Strong sense of responsibility and urgency. * Goal\-oriented, with proven ability to meet objectives. * Flexible and available to work required schedules. **What We Offer** * Mandatory benefits * 15% food vouchers * 3% savings fund Plant 3, Location: Av.
