**Job Description:** We are looking for an experienced Backup Administrator with strong expertise in Actifio (primary skill) and TSM / IBM Spectrum Protect, capable of leading backup, recovery, replication, and advanced support activities within a critical enterprise environment. This role requires a highly analytical professional with strong technical autonomy and proven experience in high\-availability infrastructures. **Key Responsibilities** * Administration and configuration of **Actifio** (CDS, Sky, AGM, RM). * End\-to\-end **Backup \& Recovery** management across Actifio and TSM environments. * Execution of restore procedures (mount, clone, restore) across different systems. * Backup configuration for virtualized environments (VMware, Hypervisors). * Protection of File Systems, SQL Server, Exchange, NAS, and Big Data environments. * Configuration of dedupe pools, snap pools, and SLA policies. * Replication management, performance tuning, and incident mitigation. * Participation in **Disaster Recovery** planning and execution. * Implementation and maintenance of reporting (AGM, RM). * Troubleshooting backup and restore failures within SLA. * Coordination with Actifio support and documentation of technical procedures. **Requirements** * **7\+ years of experience** in backup administration. * Strong, hands\-on expertise with **Actifio** (mandatory). * Solid experience with **TSM / IBM Spectrum Protect**. * Advanced knowledge of VMware, NAS, SQL, and Exchange backup environments. * Experience with DR procedures, replication, and performance optimization. * Technical English (documentation reading). **Location** * **Guadalajara, Jalisco** * **Hybrid** model (2 days onsite – Vista) **How to Apply** If you meet the requirements, please apply directly through Indeed or send your updated CV to bromero@beyserinconsulting.com, indicating the job title in the subject line.
