Sparrow Company, a leading executive search and talent solutions firm, is partnering with one of its clients — an international financial services company — to recruit a strategic HR Manager for its operation in Monterrey, Mexico. **Position Summary** The HR Manager will act as a strategic partner and trusted advisor, leading all Human Resources functions for a fast\-growing international operation. This role is responsible for implementing comprehensive HR strategies aligned with business objectives while serving as a hands\-on HR generalist across all HR disciplines. The successful candidate will help build a high\-performance culture, drive employee engagement, support talent development, ensure policy alignment, and provide leadership coaching. This position plays a key role in data\-driven decision making, team leadership, and organizational effectiveness. **Key Responsibilities** * Serve as a strategic HR partner to leadership, aligning human capital initiatives with business goals. * Lead full\-cycle HR operations including recruitment, employee relations, performance management, training, and development. * Develop, update, and enforce HR policies and procedures aligned with legal requirements and corporate standards. * Drive employee engagement programs, culture initiatives, and retention strategies. * Provide leadership coaching, conflict resolution, and support to managers. * Ensure full compliance with Mexican labor laws and internal company policies. * Analyze HR data and KPIs to support business decisions. * Lead change management and organizational development initiatives. * Manage and develop the local HR team (if applicable). **Requirements** * Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, Psychology, or related field. * 5\+ years of experience in an HR leadership role. * Strong knowledge of Mexican labor law and HR best practices. * Proven experience as a strategic HR partner and hands\-on generalist. * **Advanced English (spoken and written)** * Excellent leadership, communication, coaching, and interpersonal skills. * Strong analytical skills and data\-driven mindset. * High level of professionalism, integrity, and confidentiality. **Salary range:** $40,000 – $50,000 MXN **Location** Monterrey, Nuevo León, Mexico – On\-site Tipo de puesto: Tiempo completo Sueldo: $40,000\.00 \- $50,000\.00 al mes Escolaridad: * Bachillerato terminado (Deseable) Experiencia: * HR leadership role: 5 años (Deseable) * Mexican labor law: 3 años (Deseable) Idioma: * Inglés Avanzado (Obligatorio) Lugar de trabajo: Empleo presencial
