JOB DESCRIPTION Essential Duties And Responsibilities Contribute and developstandards and specifications for equipment. Develop standards PLCsand HMIs programming for each type of equipment as required. Identify automation opportunities in current lines. New equipment programming. Troubleshoot PLC ladder logic and data handling functions in ABControland CompactLogix, Siemens and Deltaprocessors. Participate in PFMEA analysis. Identify and implement error proofing requirements throughout the production process. Support the maintenance department by assisting in the troubleshooting of equipment issues. Vision system knowledge to define, standardize and selection Keyence, Cognex. Robot programming (Kuka, Fanuc). Education And/or Experience Bachelors Degree in Engineering or related field, and/or equivalent 5 years related work experience. Experience using Allen Bradley’s RS Logix500, RS Logix 5000, ControLogix, CompactLogixandPanelview, Siemens TIA Portal, Delta PLC, Panelviewand Servomotorsdevelopment software is a must.
