**General information:** * **1st Shift: Monday to Friday** * **This position will report to US, Advanced level of English is required** **IT Support Technician – Juarez Facility** Responsible for providing first\-level technical support and preventive maintenance for computer, network, and office equipment. Duties include installing and maintaining hardware/software, supporting Microsoft 365 and other applications, assisting with network changes, and supporting systems like phones, wireless networks, and video surveillance.
