We are looking for a **Training and Development Analyst** with a strategic focus, capable of identifying training needs, coordinating programs, and evaluating their impact on the organization. ✅ **Essential Requirements:** * Bachelor's degree in Psychology, Education, Administration, Human Resources, or related fields. * 3 to 5 years of experience in training, learning, and development areas. * Experience implementing corporate training programs, ideally within medium-sized organizations (100 \- 500 employees). * Experience in training needs analysis (TNA) and development of annual plans. * Knowledge and management of external providers, LMS platforms, and digital learning tools. ➕ **Desirable:** * Specialization or diploma in Organizational Development, Training, and/or Talent Management. * Experience in impact measurement (Kirkpatrick, training ROI, or other models). **Preferred Profile:** * Proficiency with e\-learning platforms and collaborative tools (Teams, Zoom, Google Meet). * Ability to design and facilitate both in-person and virtual workshops. * Knowledge of labor regulations regarding training (DC\-3, STPS in Mexico, or equivalent local standards). * Ability to analyze performance indicators and training KPIs. * Clear and effective communication, both written and verbal. * Natural facilitator: dynamism, empathy, ability to motivate and generate engagement. * Planning and organizational skills to manage annual training schedules. * Collaborative leadership to coordinate with managers and department heads. * Results-oriented: focus on ensuring training impacts productivity and workplace climate. **Main Responsibilities:** * Develop and update the annual training plan. * Coordinate internal and external training (logistics, providers, materials). * Monitor learning indicators and evaluate the effectiveness of each training activity. * Manage the training platform and generate periodic reports. * Promote a culture of continuous learning within the organization. **We Offer:** * Base salary: $15,000 (tax-free) \+ 15% performance bonus. * Statutory benefits (\+ Life Insurance and Major Medical Expenses Insurance based on tenure). * Working hours: Monday to Friday, full-time. * Work mode: 100% on-site. **Apply now!** If you are passionate about training, enjoy designing and implementing training programs, and seek stability, this position is for you.
