Excellent personal presentation and appearance. Salary ranging from $20,000\.00 to $25,000\.00 Mexican pesos per month, depending on skills and qualifications, plus productivity bonuses. Responsibilities. * Greet potential clients and provide them with firsthand information so they can enroll in our computer design courses and diploma programs. * Coordinate and follow up with enrolled students by setting schedules and monitoring program progress together with instructors and team members. * Manage documentation, schedules, files, payments, and accounting documents. * Process payments via point-of-sale terminal, bank transfers, and other methods. * Assist in the center's communications: social media, announcements, and promotion of events. * Support the management team with scheduling, meetings, and tasks related to daily operations. Training in: * Digital tools: * Word, Excel, and PowerPoint. * Social media platforms (Facebook, Instagram, TikTok) and basic knowledge of digital advertising. * Apple devices (Mac, iPhone, iPad). Requirements: * Good spelling, writing, and verbal communication skills. * Responsible attitude, well-organized, and eager to learn. It is highly valued if you also have: * Interest in design, photography, art, or digital marketing. * Collaborative spirit, empathy, and attention to detail.
