As this is a workshop specialized in the fabrication and repair of agricultural machinery, the welder must possess basic or intermediate mechanical knowledge to understand equipment operation and carry out appropriate repairs. Key duties include performing welds on various types of materials, repairing components of agricultural machinery, fabricating parts and implements according to blueprints and specifications, and maintaining order and cleanliness in the work area.
