We are seeking a qualified **Manual Welder** to join our manufacturing team. The ideal candidate will have hands-on experience in various manual welding processes and a solid understanding of quality standards in a production environment. **Key Responsibilities:** · Perform manual welding (MIG, TIG, stick electrode, or other processes as required) on steel, aluminum, or stainless-steel parts per technical specifications and engineering drawings. · Set up welding equipment—including torches, fixtures, clamps, and workpieces—to ensure optimal welding performance. · Inspect and measure welded components to verify compliance with OEM-established tolerances and quality standards. · Interpret technical drawings, welding symbols, and work instructions. · Operate tools such as grinders and saws to prepare or finish welds. · Conduct visual and dimensional inspections of welds and finished products. · Perform basic maintenance on welding equipment and report any malfunctions to the appropriate department. **Experience and Skills:** · Completed secondary education or equivalent; technical/vocational training in welding is preferred. · Minimum 2 years of experience as a manual welder in a manufacturing or OEM environment. · Certifications (e.g., AWS, CWB) are valued but not mandatory. · Solid knowledge of various welding processes (MIG, TIG, stick electrode). · Ability to read and interpret technical drawings and welding symbols. · Basic math and measurement skills.
