Job Summary: We are seeking a Security Guard for a residential condominium, with a focus on surveillance, attention to detail, and responsive capabilities for reception duties, access control, and emergency handling. Effective communication and service-oriented attitude SECURITY GUARD FOR RESIDENTIAL CONDOMINIUM VACANCIES * **Day Shift** * **Night Shift** * **Rotating Shift** BASIC QUALIFICATIONS * **Surveillance and attention to detail** * **Responsibility and reliability** * **Response capability** * **Observation and memory** * **Decision-making ability** * **Problem-solving skills** * **Effective communication** * **Service-oriented attitude** RESPONSIBILITIES * Receiving and delivering packages * Receiving and delivering items for residents and management * Announcing arrivals and departures * Monitoring order in the parking area upon entry of residents’ vehicles, visitors’ vehicles, and service providers’ vehicles * Handling basic elevator emergencies, such as door opening/closing or other related issues * Granting access to visitors and service providers * Accompanying service providers to respective floors * Reporting unusual incidents or matters related to maintenance, order, and cleanliness of the Condominium via logbooks and to the administrative office * Others \- Preferably with prior experience in condominiums and/or hospitality industry. \- 12-hour shifts We offer: \- Net salary: $10,500\.00 \- Statutory benefits \- Complimentary uniforms \- Ongoing training PLEASE INCLUDE A PHOTOGRAPH IN YOUR CV.
