Job Summary: We are seeking a Field Recruiter with experience in candidate sourcing and selection across various industries. Key Highlights: 1. Field recruitment experience (commercial, gas stations, operators) 2. Proficiency in recruitment platforms and social media 3. Candidate sourcing and interview activities **REQUIREMENTS:** * Completed Bachelor's degree in Human Resources or Organizational Communication * **2 years of field recruitment experience: commercial sector, gas stations, fifth-wheel operators, administrative staff, etc.** * Experience using recruitment platforms and social media * Valid driver's license. Must be able to operate both manual and automatic transmissions * Ability to commute to Parque Industrial Las Américas, Torreón. **GENERAL RESPONSIBILITIES:** * Candidate sourcing via: field activities (flyer distribution, posting, job fairs), online platforms, social media, and municipal job boards * Conducting interviews * Verifying employment references and preparing candidate files * Contract signing and clock-in system registration. **WE OFFER:** * Base salary: **$10,000 monthly net.
