Job Summary:
We are seeking an experienced driver for transporting goods, ensuring on-time deliveries, product care, and compliance with regulatory and safety requirements.

1. Experience operating a 3.5-ton pickup truck, Rabon, and Torton vehicles.
2. Ensure delivery in good condition and customer satisfaction.

1\. Conduct a pre-trip visual inspection of the assigned transport unit to ensure it is in optimal condition for functional operation.
2\. Assist warehouse staff in loading products to minimize process time.
3\. Verify that the loaded products match those specified on invoices and documentation provided by the immediate supervisor.
4\. Notify the immediate supervisor of any deviations or risks during operations that may jeopardize timely delivery as agreed with customers.
5\. Report the vehicle's location upon arrival at and departure from the customer's facility.
6\. Complete the team travel expense form in accordance with current policy, attach corresponding receipts, and submit them to the Logistics Coordinator.
7\. Stop the vehicle immediately in case of imminent danger or malfunction that could cause damage, and promptly inform the supervisor.
8\. Handle cargo carefully to ensure delivery in good condition and avoid future returns due to damage caused by handling or transportation.
9\. Ensure the customer records the name, signature, and date of product receipt on the appropriate document to confirm delivery.
10\. Comply with and enforce the customer’s internal regulations, wearing the safety equipment established by the customer.
11\. Provide customer service within a framework of respect and professionalism to strengthen the company’s image and business relationships.
12\. Follow product return procedures to ensure internal process compliance and meet customer needs.
13\. Maintain cleanliness of vehicles both inside and outside, as well as personal hygiene, to project the best possible image of the company and its products.
14\. Adhere strictly to routes designated by the immediate supervisor.
15\. Periodically present the assigned vehicle for preventive maintenance when notified by the immediate supervisor.
16\. Document the maintenance report each time the vehicle undergoes maintenance.
17\. Inspect the transport unit’s condition and record findings on the appropriate form to ensure product preservation during transit.
18\. Ensure official documents remain valid, guaranteeing operations comply fully with all applicable regulations.
19\. Support various tasks assigned by the immediate supervisor, aimed at fulfilling departmental responsibilities.
20\. Respect the company’s communication channels as defined in the Organizational Structure.
Salary: $10,000.00 per month
