The ideal candidate is articulate, service-oriented, goal-focused, capable of building customer trust, clearly explaining the benefits of credit, and delivering a positive experience throughout the entire process. **Responsibilities:** Promote and offer credit products to customers inside Bodega Aurrera, providing clear and reliable information. Advise customers throughout the entire credit application process, resolving questions and building trust. Accurately verify required documentation, ensuring compliance with policies and guidelines. Follow up on applications to ensure an agile and satisfying customer experience. Meet placement targets by collaborating effectively and maintaining a professional, service-oriented attitude. **What do we offer?** Base monthly salary of $9,582\.47 Attractive monthly performance bonuses (up to $16,000\). Bimonthly bonus for top-performing promoters ($2,000 to $15,000\). Biweekly payments. Guarantee bonus of $1,750\.00 per month (applies only during the first two pay periods). Statutory benefits: IMSS, 15 days’ year-end bonus, 12 vacation days, 25% vacation premium, and 25% Sunday premium. Access to INFONAVIT and FONACOT. Direct employment contract with full social security contributions. 7 additional personal days beyond vacation time. Paid training starting on day one.
