We review applications continuously and invite selected candidates to proceed with the selection process. ***Please submit your CV in English.*** Requirements: * 3–4 years of professional experience in the field. * Prior experience as a Hiring Manager in IT recruitment processes. * A track record in the technology sector, working as a specialist and in senior roles. * Spanish proficiency level C1/C2 * English proficiency level B1/B2 What you will do: The primary responsibility of this role is to design and lead simulated technical interviews, assess the performance of Career Accelerator participants, and deliver strategic feedback that strengthens their performance in real-world recruitment processes. * Conduct technical interviews focused on entry-level positions within the field, formulating questions aligned with the Web role. * Design and deliver questionnaires tailored to the Latin American job market for junior profiles. * Propose practical technical exercises reflecting common challenges encountered in entry-level recruitment processes. * Listen to, analyze, and document candidate responses to provide detailed feedback and identify opportunities for improvement for students and graduates.
