As we expand our digital presence, we seek a skilled **Web Developer** to build, maintain, and optimize our websites, ensuring high performance, seamless user experience, and integration with booking systems. **Responsibilities** **\- Website Development \& Maintenance** * Develop and maintain **responsive, high\-performance** websites optimized for speed and usability. * Manage and update **CMS platforms** such as **WordPress, Webflow, and Squarespace**. * Ensure mobile\-first, cross\-browser compatibility and accessibility compliance. **\- Performance Optimization \& Security** * Optimize site speed, server performance, and caching strategies. * Implement best practices for **SEO**, structured data, and technical optimization. * Enhance website security by applying **SSL, firewalls, and data protection protocols**. **\- Booking \& API Integrations** * Integrate **third\-party booking engines, payment gateways, and CRM tools**. * Work with APIs to synchronize data across digital platforms. * Ensure seamless data flow between the website, email marketing tools, and customer databases. \- **Analytics \& Conversion Tracking** * Set up and manage **Google Analytics, Tag Manager, and event tracking**. * Work with the marketing team to implement A/B testing, track **conversion rates**, and optimize digital funnels. \- **Collaboration \& Cross\-Functional Support** * Work closely with **designers, marketers, and content creators** to ensure a cohesive digital presence. * Implement technical solutions based on UX/UI research and business objectives. **Requirements** * **6\+ years of experience** in web development, front\-end, and back\-end integration. * Proficiency in **HTML, CSS, JavaScript (React or Vue.js preferred)**. * Experience with CMS platforms such as **WordPress, Webflow, and Squarespace**. * Strong understanding of **SEO, web security, and performance optimization**. * Experience working with **APIs, third\-party integrations, and database management**. * Familiarity with hosting platforms, domain management, and site deployments. * Strong problem\-solving skills and ability to troubleshoot website issues.
