As we continue to grow, we are seeking a talented and innovative web designer to join our growing remote team. **Job Description:** In this role, you will play a key part in defining the visual and creative direction of our web and branding projects. We are looking for a designer with a deep understanding of how to effectively present information online, a passion for creativity, and the ability to complete complex projects on time. **Responsibilities** * Translate client goals and website content into engaging web designs. * Collaborate with our account and copywriting teams to define design requirements. * Prepare design files for handoff to the development team for coding. * Proactively identify and resolve questions or issues that may impact project timelines. **Required Skills and Qualifications:** * **Excellent command of English and availability during Eastern Time (ET) business hours.** * Web design portfolio, ideally including websites currently live online. * **Proficiency in Figma** and Adobe Creative Suite. * Strong knowledge of UX/UI best practices. * Ability to translate non-technical client requirements and objectives into logical designs. * General knowledge of WordPress is a plus, but coding skills are not required. * Demonstrated ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously. * Proactive attitude and team-oriented mindset. * Comfortable working remotely and available during business hours via Slack. * Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with a solution-oriented attitude. * Strong written and verbal communication skills with a problem\-solving aptitude. **Benefits:** * Opportunity to lead and collaborate with a passionate team on diverse and high-impact projects. * Flexible work schedule and the ability to work from any location. **Additional Information:** This position will initially be internal-facing and not client-facing, though it may evolve to include client presentations.
