A leading Mexican company is seeking Web Designer **Academic Background** * Bachelor’s degree in Graphic Design, Digital Design, Visual Communication, Interaction Design, or a related field. * Knowledge or certifications in UX/UI design are a plus. **Experience** * Minimum 2 years of proven experience in web design or digital design. * Portfolio showcasing website projects, landing pages, or digital interfaces — MANDATORY. * Demonstrable experience using AI tools in design projects — MANDATORY. **Technical Skills** * Figma — advanced level (Auto Layout, Variables, Components, Design Systems). * Adobe Suite: Photoshop, Illustrator — intermediate\-advanced level. * Generative AI tools: Gemini, Midjourney, Adobe Firefly, Leonardo.ai, DALL·E, or equivalents. * Understanding of responsive design principles and UI best practices. * Basic knowledge of HTML/CSS (coding not required, but understanding implementation constraints is essential). * Experience with task management platforms such as Notion, Jira, or similar — desirable. **Responsibilities** **Web and Visual Design** * Design websites, landing pages, and digital sections with contemporary visual standards. * Create and maintain design systems: color palettes, typography, components, and icons. * Produce mockups, visual wireframes, and high-fidelity prototypes in Figma. * Ensure designs are responsive and consistent across various devices and screen sizes. * Deliver production-ready assets (images, SVGs, specifications) to the development team. **Artificial Intelligence Usage** * Use generative AI tools (Gemini, Midjourney, Adobe Firefly, Leonardo.ai, or others) to create images, illustrations, and visual resources. * Leverage tools such as v0\.dev, Framer AI, or similar for rapid interface prototyping. * Apply AI to accelerate ideation, concept variation, and design review. * Stay updated on new AI-based tools and workflows applied to web design. **Collaboration and Communication** * Collaborate closely with content and development teams. * Interpret creative briefs and translate them into concrete visual proposals. * Present and justify design decisions using visual and strategic arguments. * Iterate based on feedback from various departments while maintaining brand identity consistency.
