The role integrates research, UX design, UI design, and collaboration to deliver optimal outcomes in digital product development. **Technical Skills:** Proficiency in Figma, design and prototyping tools. Excellent communication skills and the ability to clearly and effectively present and defend design decisions. Ability to work collaboratively within teams and partner with other designers and professionals across disciplines. Knowledge of web programming languages (HTML, CSS, JavaScript) and technical constraints to design feasible solutions. Coding or development skills are not required, but understanding how these technologies work is essential. Creativity to conceive innovative and original solutions that enhance user experience. Analytical skills and the ability to make data- and research-informed decisions. **Key Responsibilities:** Design complex interaction flows while considering business requirements, user needs, and technological constraints faced by the engineering team. Apply and evolve UI libraries Collaborate with Product, Development, QA, and other departments. Identify continuous improvement opportunities based on data and feedback. Clearly and strategically document design decisions in Confluence or similar platforms. Ensure compliance with accessibility and usability standards. Design functional, usable digital experiences that address user needs and support improved business outcomes. Create wireframes, prototypes, and user flows to visualize and communicate design solutions clearly and effectively. Work closely with stakeholders, developers, and other team members to implement cohesive designs and solutions. Participate in usability testing and iterate based on results to enhance user experience. Stay updated on emerging trends, best practices in user experience design, and new technologies.
