**Job Description** ---------------------- Design and develop user experiences (UX) and user interfaces (UI) that meet the business users' needs. Design and create intuitive, easy-to-use UI prototypes Conduct user research and analysis to develop user-centered design solutions Collaborate with other designers, developers, and stakeholders to ensure designs meet project requirements Conduct usability testing and collect user feedback to improve designs **Candidate Requirements** -------------------------- * Completed bachelor's degree in Graphic Design, Visual Communication, Digital Design, or related field. * Skills in user analysis, critical thinking, and effective communication. * Experience with Figma for screen development, including Auto Layout and prototype creation. * Experience in user research and analysis to inform design decisions. * Project tracking using Jira and Google Suite applications. **Selection Process** ------------------------ To apply, you must: 1\.
