Focused on our own growth while simultaneously offering career development plans for our talent, we are currently seeking a UX Researcher with the following profile: **Experience:** Experience in UX Research or related roles (e.g., UX, customer insights, marketing, product). Solid understanding of fundamental qualitative and quantitative research methodologies. Experience participating in studies such as interviews, surveys, usability testing, and behavioral analysis. Ability to synthesize findings and communicate insights clearly, structurally, and actionably. Experience using AI tools to support analysis, note synthesis, pattern identification, report writing, or presentation material preparation—while maintaining critical thinking and methodological rigor. Close collaboration with designers, product managers, and analysts. Basic knowledge of Service Design concepts, including journey mapping, pain point identification, blueprinting, and frontstage–backstage analysis.
