Job Summary: We are seeking a UX Designer with a focus on Design Thinking to design intuitive and user-centered experiences for AI solutions, including conversational agents. Key Highlights: 1. Apply Design Thinking methodologies to solve problems. **At Ahorra, we are building the next generation of AI (Artificial Intelligence)-powered solutions, aiming to transform our customers’ experience and optimize our operations.** **We seek a UX Designer with a focus on Design Thinking, capable of designing intuitive and user-centered experiences. This role will be critical to ensuring that our AI solutions, including conversational agents, are useful, understandable, and easy to use.** **Responsibilities:** * **Collaborate with business, AI, and technology teams to define and improve user experiences.** * **Design user flows for AI-based products.** * **Design conversational experiences for AI agents and virtual assistants.** * **Create wireframes, prototypes, and functional designs for AI solutions.** * **Apply Design Thinking methodologies to understand and solve business problems.** * **Participate in Scrum activities: planning, daily stand\-ups, and retros.** **Minimum Requirements:** * **2–4 years of experience in UX/UI.** * **Experience applying Design Thinking methodologies.** * **Experience designing user flows (user journeys).** * **Ability to translate business needs into effective digital experiences.** * **Proficiency with design tools such as Figma, Adobe XD, or similar.** * **Create wireframes, prototypes, and functional designs for technology solutions (web applications, mobile applications, AI solutions, or similar).** **Plus:** * **Experience with AI-powered digital products.** * **Experience designing conversational interfaces (AI agents and/or virtual assistants).** * **Experience working in Scrum/Agile teams.
