Design and maintenance of design systems and style guides **Muhami Consulting Seeks** ***UX/UI Designer*** **Job Objective** To design intuitive, functional, and visually appealing user experiences for an administrative-commercial system, ensuring the product is easy to use, efficient, and aligned with business and end-user needs. **Main Responsibilities** * Design user flows, wireframes, and medium- and high-fidelity prototypes. * Gather and analyze user experience requirements for administrative and commercial modules (sales, customers, reporting, inventory, invoicing, etc.). * Collaborate with development, product, and stakeholder teams to translate business needs into functional design solutions. * Design and maintain design systems and UI style guides. * Validate design hypotheses through usability testing and user feedback. * Ensure visual and experiential consistency across the entire system. * Optimize interface usability and accessibility. * Iterate designs based on metrics, feedback, and testing. **Requirements** **Education:** * Bachelor’s degree or technical qualification in Graphic Design, Digital Design, UX/UI, Visual Communication, or related field. **Experience:** * **2–4 years of verifiable experience** as a UX/UI Designer for digital products. * Experience designing web systems or administrative/enterprise platforms. **Technical Knowledge:** * User-centered design methodologies (Design Thinking, basic UX Research). * Information architecture (IA) and interaction design. * Prototyping and design tools (Figma, Adobe XD, Sketch, or others). * Responsive design. * Usability and accessibility principles. * Ability to document design decisions. **Desirable:** * Experience working with Agile/Scrum teams. * Basic knowledge of HTML/CSS (to improve communication with development). * Experience with ERP, CRM, or SaaS platforms. **Soft Skills** * Analytical thinking and attention to detail. * Clear and effective communication. * Ability to collaborate with multidisciplinary teams. * Proactivity and autonomy. * Organization and time management. * Solution-oriented mindset and commitment to continuous improvement.
