Job Summary: We are seeking a UX/UI Designer to join a data intelligence technology firm focused on transforming data into actionable insights and enhancing web interfaces. Key Responsibilities: 1. Design, edit, and enhance prototypes for the software’s web interface. 2. Collaborate with the development team to ensure consistent design. 3. Maintain and evolve a design system. Opportunity to join a company positioning itself as a technology firm specializing in data intelligence and advanced analytics, with a clear focus on transforming public and digital data into actionable insights. **Responsibilities:** * Design, edit, and enhance prototypes for our software’s web interface. * Build and document logical navigation flows (user flows) and screen architecture. * Design components and interfaces: visualizations, buttons, states, interactions, and behaviors (clicks, feedback, validations, etc.). * Define color usage, visual hierarchy, typography, and composition to create an intuitive, user-attention-focused experience. * Collaborate with the development team to ensure designs are implementable and consistent. * Prepare actionable documentation and instructions for development (specifications, handoff, states, and rules). * Maintain and/or evolve a design system (components, styles, guidelines). **Technical Skills:** * Proven experience as a UX/UI Designer (ideally in digital products or web applications). * Proficiency in Figma (prototyping, components, auto-layout, libraries). * Experience designing web applications and complex user flows. * Knowledge of responsive design and usability best practices. * Ability to justify design decisions using logic and user-centered criteria. * Clear communication skills to coordinate effectively with development and provide precise instructions. **Soft Skills:** * Analytical thinking and attention to detail. * Self-management and results orientation. * Organization, visual judgment, and prioritization ability. * Teamwork and effective communication. * **Work Modality and Schedule:** **Hybrid in CDMX, 9 am–6 pm Mexico time** * **Language: Spanish** * **Budget: 20,000–30,000 MXN Gross Monthly** Employment Type: Full-time, Indefinite Term Salary: $20,000.00–$30,000.00 per month Application Question(s): * Are you available to work in a hybrid modality in CDMX?
