Job Description We are seeking a strategically focused, results-oriented UI/UX Designer responsible for designing user-centered digital experiences aligned with business objectives and conversion metrics. This role involves transforming functional requirements into intuitive, scalable, and visually consistent interfaces for web and/or mobile applications. The ideal candidate combines analytical thinking, expertise in user-centered design (UCD) methodologies, and the ability to collaborate effectively within agile teams comprising development, product, and marketing professionals. Responsibilities * Elicitation and analysis of functional and business requirements. * User research (interviews, benchmarking, customer journey mapping, user personas). * Information architecture and user flow design. * Creation of wireframes, mockups, and high-fidelity interactive prototypes. * Interface design aligned with brand guidelines and design systems. * Hypothesis validation through usability testing and metric analysis. * Collaboration with developers to ensure accurate implementation of designs. * Continuous data-driven optimization (CRO, heatmaps, analytics). Requirements * Bachelor’s degree in Design, Digital Design, Graphic Design, Systems Engineering, or related field. * Minimum 2 years of experience in UI/UX design for digital products. * Proficiency in tools such as Figma, Adobe XD, Sketch, or similar. * Knowledge of responsive design and accessibility principles (WCAG). * Experience working with agile methodologies (Scrum / Kanban). * Basic understanding of HTML, CSS, and front-end structures (desirable). * Verifiable portfolio of digital projects.
