Job Summary: We are seeking a Graphic Designer to conceptualize, develop, and execute high-impact visual solutions for festivals and events. Key Highlights: 1. This role requires **constant collaboration** with Production, Operations, Creative, and Management teams, as well as the ability to **lead design projects**, propose innovative concepts, and guarantee correct application of the **visual identity** across all touchpoints. **Desired Profile** * Bachelor’s degree in Graphic Design, Visual Communication, or related field * **+3 years** of experience in graphic design (events, agencies, branding, or creative projects) * Advanced proficiency in **Adobe Creative Suite** (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign) * Knowledge of **digital design and UI/UX**, and experience in web design * Proficiency in **video editing and assembly tools** for social media * Creative thinking, attention to detail, and problem-solving skills * **Strong portfolio demonstrating visual judgment and execution quality** * Focus on logos, Competitive compensation aligned with experience and scope of the role, including statutory benefits and professional growth opportunities. The salary range corresponds to the **gross monthly salary**. As this is a formal employment position, statutory withholdings (ISR and IMSS) will apply, resulting in a lower net amount received.
