This role requires **extensive experience in branding and digital illustration creation**, constant collaboration with Production, Operations, Design, and Executive Management teams, as well as the ability to **lead design projects**, propose **innovative concepts**, and ensure correct **application of visual identity** across all touchpoints. **Desired Profile** * Bachelor’s degree in Graphic Design, Visual Communication, or related field * **\+3 years** of graphic design experience (festivals, events, activations, booth design, brand experiences, and branding) * Advanced proficiency in **Adobe Creative Suite** (Photoshop and Illustrator) * Knowledge of **digital design and UI/UX**, and experience in web design * Proficiency in **video editing and assembly tools** for social media * Creative thinking, attention to detail, and problem-solving skills * **A strong portfolio demonstrating visual judgment and execution quality** Competitive compensation commensurate with experience and scope of the role, along with professional growth opportunities. The salary range corresponds to the **gross monthly salary**. As this is a formal employment position, statutory deductions (ISR and IMSS) will apply, resulting in a lower net amount received.
