We are looking for a **Senior Full Stack Developer** to join our technology team and lead the development, maintenance, and enhancement of applications for a company in the **retail sector**. The candidate will participate in developing technological solutions, optimizing systems, and making technical decisions to improve platform efficiency and scalability. **Location:** Monterrey, Nuevo León (Obispado Area) **Schedule:** Monday–Friday, 9:00 a.m. – 6:00 p.m. / Saturday, 9:00 a.m. – 2:00 p.m. RESPONSIBILITIES: * Develop complete **frontend and backend** applications. * Design and optimize **backend APIs and services**. * Participate in **software architecture** decisions. * Conduct **code reviews** and ensure quality standards. * Identify opportunities for improvement in **performance and scalability**. * Collaborate with **product, UX/UI, and operations** teams. * Participate in application **deployment and maintenance**.
