Offer technical guidance and mentor team members We are seeking a talented **Senior AI Engineer** to join our team Our group is creating a centralized GenAI Platform that provides scalable solutions for rapid AI agent development, evaluation, and deployment to hundreds of product teams. We drive the advancement of high\-impact AI agents, accelerating project delivery and encouraging innovation across diverse industries. With over 20 agents already deployed and more in development, our initiatives are making a significant difference in essential fields. **Responsibilities** * Develop and launch comprehensive applications, AI agents, and platform features that support fast\-paced GenAI agent development, validation, and release * Design developer utilities, streamline CI/CD processes, and improve observability to ensure secure and effective development, including evaluation tools, canary testing, rollback capabilities, and tracking of cost and quality metrics * Apply secure software development lifecycle practices and prioritize privacy, including conducting threat assessments and implementing least privilege principles * Collaborate with product leads, UX professionals, and domain specialists to deliver solutions focused on user needs and measurable outcomes * Apply advanced LLM techniques, such as retrieval\-augmented generation, smart routing, tool integration, and evaluation, to build more reliable AI systems, reduce decision latency, enhance trust and safety, and lower operational costs * Offer technical guidance by influencing architectural choices, mentoring team members, and overseeing significant projects **Requirements** * Minimum of 3 years’ experience in software engineering positions * Demonstrated success in delivering software products independently or as part of small, agile teams * Hands\-on experience taking AI agents from concept through deployment, including safety validation, iterative testing like A/B experiments, and ongoing optimization * Familiarity with LangChain or LangGraph, MCP, vector databases, and OpenSearch * Experience with fundamental machine learning workflows, including model training, deployment, and monitoring * Understanding of regulatory standards such as SOC2 and HIPAA * Strong problem\-solving abilities, sense of responsibility, and effective communication across teams * Advanced full\-stack development expertise and experience with cloud platforms such as AWS, Azure, or GCP * Background in CI/CD pipeline automation and Infrastructure as Code * Knowledge of Site Reliability Engineering practices * Experience with quality assurance and testing strategies * Understanding of secure development lifecycle and privacy\-centric design * Proficiency in TypeScript * Advanced English communication skills, both written and spoken, at B2\+ level or higher **Nice to have** * Knowledge of large language model architecture, common failure points, and approaches like fine\-tuning and model adaptation * Experience building Retrieval\-Augmented Generation (RAG) solutions
