Collaborate with backend, UX/UI, and security teams. **Semi-Senior Flutter Mobile Developer – Hybrid Role in CDMX – Polanco** ==================================================================== We are looking for a Mid-to-Senior Flutter Mobile Developer responsible for leading the development and delivery of high-performance iOS and Android mobile applications. This role focuses on building scalable, modular, and robust architectures, ensuring continuous delivery of features and an outstanding user experience. ### **Essential Requirements:** * Experience developing mobile applications (native or hybrid). * Proficiency in Flutter and Dart. * Experience publishing apps on App Store and Google Play. * Solid knowledge of mobile architectures (Clean Architecture, MVVM). * Experience with state management (BLoC, Riverpod, or Provider). * Experience integrating APIs and cloud services. * Strong understanding of Git and version control workflows. * Experience with testing (unit, widget, integration). * Experience with CI/CD tools (GitHub Actions, GitLab CI, Codemagic). * Experience managing local databases (SQLite, Hive, or Isar). * Intermediate English (B1/B2). ### **Responsibilities:** * Design and develop mobile architecture and reusable components using Flutter. * Build complex, high-performance interfaces aligned with Material Design and Cupertino. * Integrate APIs and cloud services (REST, GraphQL, Firebase). * Optimize application performance and resolve critical production issues. * Implement advanced navigation flows and deep linking (App Links / Universal Links). * Configure CI/CD pipelines for automated builds and deployments. * Collaborate with backend, UX/UI, and security teams. * Implement security best practices (SSL Pinning, biometrics, secure storage). * Conduct code reviews and ensure quality, maintainability, and scalability standards. * Use AI tools (Claude Code, Copilot) to accelerate development without compromising quality.
