It acts as a catalyst for change, ensuring alignment between the Group’s strategic vision and its execution across different countries through the definition of operating models, governance frameworks, and high-impact transformation programs. **About the Role** We seek a strategic profile with cross-functional leadership capability to join Risk Transformation, accountable for defining and executing the global risk transformation model. This position combines strategic vision, operating model design, and executive oversight, ensuring effective implementation of key initiatives and alignment across geographies, functions, and Group priorities. Key Responsibilities * Define and drive the global risk transformation strategy, articulating initiatives through strategic programs and ensuring alignment with Group objectives. * Design and evolve the Target Operating Model (TOM) for Risk Transformation, including factory models, organizational structures, governance, and execution mechanisms. * Orchestrate the rollout of the transformation model across geographies, ensuring consistency, scalability, and adaptation to local contexts. * Oversee execution of GRM strategic programs by establishing tracking frameworks, impact metrics, and executive reporting mechanisms. * Lead the transformation governance model, ensuring visibility, effective decision-making, and management of risks associated with execution. Drive a results-oriented execution culture by defining and monitoring strategic and operational KPIs. * **About You:** * Academic background / certifications: Degree in Business Administration and Management (ADE), Finance, or Engineering * **Advanced English (C1\):** Professional proficiency to lead meetings, present financial reports, and negotiate with stakeholders across diverse geographies. Technical knowledge *(mandatory and desirable)*: * Business strategy in Banking, Finance, and Risk. * Expert-level proficiency in Google Drive, Google Sheets (Excel), and Google Slides (PowerPoint). * Python and SQL knowledge will be valued. * **Interest in innovation / disruption** **Professional Experience** At least 6\-8 years of experience in Strategy and/or Transformation Projects teams within Financial Sector Risk units.
