If you are passionate about technology and want to work on innovative projects, this is your opportunity! **Requirements:** * · Bachelor's degree in Computer Systems Engineering or related field. * · Experience: +2 years in similar positions. * · Demonstrable technical knowledge in manual testing. * · Ability to work in a team and collaboratively. * · Availability to adapt to new tools or work environments. * · Job location: Zacatecas, Zacatecas, 100% in-person. **Objective:** Perform continuous testing to identify and resolve potential errors or failures in computer solutions. Responsible for analyzing requirements with the P.O. and working with the UX/UI Designer to continuously improve the user experience. **Candidate Profile:** * · Solid knowledge of software quality assurance processes. * · Analytical ability to interpret functional and technical requirements. * · Attention to detail, critical thinking, and ability to document findings clearly and systematically. * · Proactive, with communication skills to interact with developers, Product Owners, and other QAs. **Technical Knowledge and Skills:** * · Experience in creating, designing, and executing test plans, test cases, and defect reports. * · Experience testing Mobile Applications and/or Web services. * · Proficiency in functional testing, regression, integration, smoke testing, and UAT methodologies. * · Knowledge and experience with bug tracking and test management tools such as JIRA, Zephyr, Bugzilla, or similar. Experience with Azure DevOps and TestPlans is a plus. * · Basic understanding of databases and use of SQL queries (MySQL) for data validation. * · Knowledge of agile methodologies (Scrum, Kanban, TMMi is a plus). * · Desirable: experience with white-box testing, API services, and automation using Playwright (Click & code) **Main Responsibilities:** * · Design, document, and execute test cases based on functional and technical requirements. * · Report and follow up on defects identified during testing. * · Validate fixes implemented by the development team. * · Ensure traceability between requirements, test cases, and bugs. * · Participate in team planning, refinement, and retrospective sessions. * · Contribute to the continuous improvement of quality processes. **We Offer:** * · Stable project with growth opportunities and career path development. * · Mentorship and continuous training in QA tools and methodologies. * · Collaborative and dynamic work environment. * · Standard and additional benefits.
