A company specialized in user experience design is seeking, due to growth: **PRODUCT OWNER** Responsibilities: * Lead the definition, evolution, and delivery of digital products that meet business needs, customer experience requirements, and regulatory compliance, maximizing value through backlog management and alignment with the bank’s strategy. Key Responsibilities: * Translate business strategic priorities into clear, actionable initiatives for the team. * Align product vision with key areas such as technology, compliance, risk, UX, marketing, and operations. * Coordinate solution definition and validation with end users and internal stakeholders. * Lead planning, refinement, demo, and retrospective sessions. * Establish and maintain a clear, up-to-date, and organization-wide communicated product roadmap. * Be responsible for the product’s functional leadership: define and prioritize the backlog, ensuring alignment with business objectives, user experience, and technical feasibility. * Translate the product’s strategic vision into clear criteria for value, impact, and prioritization for the team. * Oversee and validate user stories, ensuring they accurately reflect product intent and expected acceptance criteria. * Facilitate joint decision-making with stakeholders and cross-functional teams by providing context, data, and vision. * Evaluate team deliverables, ensure they meet functional objectives, and coordinate adjustments when necessary. * Serve as the key liaison between business and technology to ensure visibility, alignment, and timely decision-making.
