You will play a key role in designing, developing and maintaining our apps across both Android and iOS platforms. As a member of our engineering team, you’ll collaborate closely with Product, QA, and DevOps to deliver a seamless mobile experience that aligns with business goals. **Key Responsibilities:** · Development of high\-performance, scalable, and maintainable Flutter mobile applications. · Design and implement complex UI features, animations, and performance optimizations using Dart and Flutter best practices. · Translate product requirements, user stories, and wireframes into well\-structured, responsive, and high\-quality mobile applications. · Oversee integration with backend APIs (Firebase, REST, AWS services), ensuring reliability and performance. · Build and manage CI/CD pipelines (e.g., CodeMagic, GitHub Actions) for mobile deployment and testing. · Collaborate with Product, UX, QA, and DevOps to build releases, assess risk, and implement robust solutions. · Continuously evaluate and adopt new tools, libraries, and frameworks that improve development efficiency. · Ensure comprehensive documentation of architecture, APIs, and development workflows. · Monitor production systems, troubleshoot issues, and drive solutions with minimal supervision. · Contribute to company\-wide technical standards, mobile strategy, and security practices. · Perform other related duties as assigned. **Required Skills and Qualifications:** · 3\+ years of professional mobile development experience, with 2\+ years in Flutter/Dart. · Proven success in delivering complex cross\-platform apps to production. · Strong understanding of architecture design patterns (e.g. MVVM) and solid understanding of state management techniques (e.g. Provider, Riverpod, BloC). · Experience with Firebase (Firestore, Auth, Functions, Analytics), AWS services (Cognito, Lambda, DynamoDB), and third\-party APIs. · Strong understanding of mobile app lifecycle, memory/performance profiling, and automated testing (unit, widget, integration). · Experience building and maintaining CI/CD pipelines and automated app delivery (e.g., CodeMagic, Bitrise, GitHub Actions). · Proficient with Bitbucket, Jira, Confluence, and agile workflows. · Ability to debug and resolve app crashes, UI/UX inconsistencies, and performance issues across devices. · Familiarity with NoSQL/SQL, REST, and GraphQL APIs. · Comfortable working in Linux environments and using CLI\-based build/deploy tools. · Strong collaboration, communication, and decision\-making skills. · Ability to work independently while contributing to team and company\-wide goals. **Preferred Qualifications:** · Experience with native iOS/Android development (Swift/Kotlin) is a plus. · Familiarity with analytics tools, remote configuration, and A/B testing for mobile. · Exposure to enterprise environments or security\-sensitive applications. · Experience with Lucidchart, Firebase Emulator Suite, and SharePoint is a strong plus. · Utilize Flutter plugins (e.g., geolocator, background\_locator\_2, flutter\_background\_service) to capture user location data in the background with minimal battery impact is a strong plus. **Education and Experience:** · BS degree in Computer Science, Engineering or a related subject or equivalent work experience **Physical Requirements:** · Prolonged periods of sitting at a desk and working on a computer. *Duties, responsibilities and activities may change at any time with or without notice.* Inter\-Con Security Systems, Inc. is an affirmative action employer who provides equal employment opportunities to minorities, females, veterans, and disabled individuals, as well as other protected groups.
