We are looking for a LEAD UX/UI for a project. Objective: Define an optimal digital experience for all our users (customers) by effectively applying the user-centered design process. Responsibilities: * Report to management teams on project status * Client negotiation and strategic business decision-making * Creation of interface concepts and production of high-quality designs in Figma. Development of high-fidelity prototypes in Figma and/or Protopie * Usability testing (PDU) and evaluations using Maze and/or A/B testing * User research including interviews, trend analysis, and competitor benchmarking * Creation of high-fidelity design presentations for marketing and sales Additional Responsibilities: * Define the value proposition focused on user experience across digital platforms * Report to management teams on project status.
