As a Lead AI Engineer, you will ship full\-stack agent solutions, harden CI/CD and observability, and embed security and privacy into the delivery lifecycle while leading key initiatives. Apply to help drive our next wave of production agents **Responsibilities** * Design and ship end\-to\-end applications, AI agents, and platform modules that speed up GenAI agent creation, evaluation, and rollout * Build developer\-facing tools, automate CI/CD pipelines, and enhance observability, including evaluation frameworks, canary releases, rollbacks, and cost/quality monitoring * Apply secure development lifecycle and privacy\-first methods, including threat analysis and least\-privilege enforcement * Partner with product owners, UX specialists, and subject matter experts to deliver user\-centric solutions with clear impact * Leverage LLM techniques such as retrieval\-augmented generation, intelligent routing, tool integration, and evaluation to increase system dependability, reduce decision latency, improve trust and safety, and optimize query costs * Drive technical direction by defining architecture, guiding engineers, and leading major initiatives **Requirements** * Extensive software engineering background with 5\+ years of hands\-on experience * Leadership experience of 1\+ year supervising and supporting engineering teams * Proven track record of delivering software outcomes independently or within small, agile teams * Practical experience bringing AI agents from concept to live deployment, including safety validation, A/B testing, and iterative refinement * Proficiency with LangChain or LangGraph, MCP, vector databases, and OpenSearch * Solid grasp of machine learning processes, including training, deployment, and monitoring * Knowledge of SOC2 and HIPAA compliance frameworks * Strong analytical mindset, ownership mentality, and effective collaboration skills * Advanced full\-stack development capability and familiarity with cloud platforms such as AWS, Azure, or GCP * Experience implementing CI/CD automation along with Infrastructure as Code practices * Understanding of Site Reliability Engineering concepts and reliability\-focused delivery * Background in QA practices and modern testing methodologies * Awareness of secure development lifecycle requirements and privacy\-first engineering * TypeScript proficiency for production\-grade development * English proficiency at B2\+ (Upper\-Intermediate) or above, both written and spoken **Nice to have** * Familiarity with large language models, their constraints, and methods such as fine\-tuning and model customization * Experience developing Retrieval\-Augmented Generation (RAG) applications
