We spearhead the development of influential AI agents, speeding up delivery and fostering innovation across a range of industries. With more than 20 agents already in production and additional projects in progress, our efforts are reshaping results in vital sectors. **Responsibilities** * Create and deliver end\-to\-end applications, AI agents, and platform modules that facilitate rapid GenAI agent creation, assessment, and rollout * Build tools for developers, automate CI/CD workflows, and enhance observability to support secure and efficient development cycles, including evaluation frameworks, canary deployments, rollbacks, and monitoring of cost and quality * Integrate secure development lifecycle and privacy\-first methodologies, including threat analysis and enforcing least privilege * Partner with product owners, UX specialists, and subject matter experts to produce user\-centric solutions with tangible impact * Utilize the latest LLM strategies, such as retrieval\-augmented generation, intelligent routing, tool integration, and evaluation, to deliver more dependable AI systems, shorten decision\-making time, boost trust and safety, and optimize query costs * Provide technical leadership by shaping system architecture, guiding engineers, and managing major initiatives **Requirements** * At least 5 years of hands\-on experience in software engineering roles * Minimum one year of experience in leading and supervising engineering teams * Proven track record of delivering software solutions independently or within compact, dynamic teams * Practical experience moving AI agents from initial concept to live deployment, including safety checks, iterative experiments like A/B testing, and continuous refinement * Proficiency with LangChain or LangGraph, MCP, vector databases, and OpenSearch * Experience with core machine learning processes, including model training, deployment, and oversight * Knowledge of compliance frameworks such as SOC2 and HIPAA * Strong analytical thinking, ownership mentality, and collaborative communication skills * Advanced skills in full\-stack development and familiarity with cloud environments such as AWS, Azure, or GCP * Experience with CI/CD automation and Infrastructure as Code practices * Understanding of Site Reliability Engineering concepts * Background in quality assurance and testing methodologies * Awareness of secure development lifecycle and privacy\-first approaches * Skilled in TypeScript * Proficient English language abilities, both written and spoken, at B2\+ level or above **Nice to have** * Insight into the workings of large language models, their limitations, and methods like fine\-tuning and model customization * Experience in developing Retrieval\-Augmented Generation (RAG) applications
