We are a continuously growing company and seek top talent to help us build more success stories. *Responsibilities:* \*Design all graphic components and resources required for application development. \*Support the design of an optimal user experience in the systems developed. \*Create graphic designs for ideas, components, sketches, and all visual elements required for projects or company advertising. \*Collaborate with the Sferea team (designers, developers, technical leads, analysts) to generate and define graphic proposals for software solutions. *Knowledge Requirements:* \*DESIRABLE Experience designing mobile interfaces \*REQUIRED Proficiency in **Figma** and Adobe tools (Photoshop, Illustrator, After Effects, Adobe XD). \*Conceptual graphic design skills. \*Integration of illustrations into graphical interface design. \*Familiarity with prototyping tools (InVision, Marvel, etc.) *Benefits:* \*Statutory benefits from day one (social security, INFONAVIT, AFORE, 15-day bonus, paternity/maternity leave, vacation, 25% vacation premium, etc.) \*Direct employment with the company (no outsourcing). \*Positions fully on the company payroll. \*Positive work environment. \*Projects with major national clients. \*Cafeteria service. \*Continuous learning opportunities. \*Remote work\* and two Fridays per month with reduced working hours Employment Type: Full-time Salary: $10,000.00 \- $13,000.00 per month Work Location: Remote
