Excellent work environment and exposure to innovative projects **Junior Project Manager (Technology / Software)** * **Salary:** $18,000 MXN per month * **Location:** Perisur * **Schedule:** Monday to Friday \| Full-time * **Work Mode:** Hybrid **Job Description** We are looking for a Junior Project Manager (PM Jr.) focused on technology and software development to support the planning, execution, and monitoring of digital projects. This position is ideal for candidates interested in technology project management, software development, and agile methodologies, seeking professional growth in a dynamic environment. **Responsibilities** * Support management of software development and digital platform projects. * Coordinate tasks among technical teams (developers, UX/UI, QA). * Track sprints, backlogs, and deliverables. * Support agile ceremonies: daily stand-ups, sprint planning, reviews, and retrospectives. * Document functional and technical requirements. * Monitor timelines, progress, and achievement of project objectives. * Identify risks and track incidents. * Generate status reports for clients and stakeholders. * Ensure clear communication between technical teams and business units. **Requirements** * Bachelor’s degree in Systems Engineering, Software Development, IT, Business Administration, or related field. * 6 months to 2 years of experience in technology project management or software development (professional internships accepted). * Knowledge of agile methodologies (Scrum, Kanban). * Experience with tools such as: * Jira, Trello, Asana, ClickUp, or similar * Basic understanding of the software development lifecycle (SDLC). * Intermediate Excel proficiency. * Organizational, communication, and tracking skills. **Desirable** * Knowledge of technologies such as: * Frontend: React, Angular * Backend: Node.js, Python * Experience in web projects, apps, or internal systems. * Intermediate English (technical reading). * Knowledge of technical documentation (user stories, diagrams, etc.). **Key Skills** * Project management * Communication with technical teams * Organization and tracking * Problem solving * Analytical thinking * Teamwork **We Offer** * Competitive salary (based on experience) * Professional growth in technology projects * Training in agile methodologies and digital tools * Excellent work environment * Exposure to innovative projects Salary: $18,000\.00 per month Application Question(s): * Which technologies are you proficient in? * Which tools and methodologies have you used?
