In this position, you will play a crucial role in evolving our technology platforms by engaging in the design, development, and integration of systems that support Branch, Client, and Operational requirements. You’ll actively contribute to strategic initiatives, establishing solution architecture and integration patterns that propel our product strategy. **Responsibilities** * Build and implement cloud technologies to drive digital transformation throughout the organization * Architect new solutions and connect systems across a range of cloud environments * Design comprehensive solutions that address business domains, application support, data movement, integration, and non\-functional needs * Advise and assist teams on architectural choices, design, and integration for business applications across multiple product areas * Ensure systems are engineered for optimal performance, scalability, and reliability * Promote the use of architectural standards, design principles, code quality, and performance benchmarks in all projects * Integrate Agile, DevOps, and continuous delivery practices into solution development * Develop and maintain strong relationships with stakeholders in Product Management, UX, PMO, Enterprise Architecture, Infrastructure, and Security * Partner with support teams, systems, and business leaders to deliver technical improvements, upgrades, and best practices * Communicate effectively across all levels of the organization, lead meetings, and support decision\-making processes * Stay informed about emerging technologies and industry trends, providing mentorship and guidance to team members **Requirements** * Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, Management Information Systems, or a related discipline, or equivalent experience * At least 5 years of experience designing and developing distributed enterprise applications * Minimum 2 years in leadership, management, architect, owner, or coordination positions * At least 1 year leading a team of 5 or more people * Experience in at least 2 complete project lifecycles or involvement in multiple projects at different development stages * Proficiency in Java for enterprise\-level application development * Strong expertise in domain modeling, system design, cloud architectures, and integration strategies * Experience with microservices architecture and RESTful API creation * Familiarity with distributed caching, event\-driven, and streaming technologies * Demonstrated ability to deliver scalable, distributed, and secure solutions in cloud platforms such as Azure * Experience working with both relational and NoSQL database systems * Advanced skills in Spring Boot, microservices, API management, event streaming, cloud\-native design, observability, and performance tuning * Hands\-on experience with Apache Kafka for event streaming * Excellent English communication skills, both spoken and written, at B2 level or higher **Nice to have** * Previous experience as a DB2 Database Administrator * Experience with MongoDB for NoSQL data management * Exposure to ReactJS for user interface development * Knowledge of Splunk for system monitoring and analytics
