YOUR ROLE* Data analysis/statistical review of user tests, surveys, or heuristic tests. * Final report writing or final report editing and review. * Moderation guide and survey question development. * Support User testing \& survey scheduling and planning. * Understand different types of testing that include usability\& acceptance, web surveys, generative, heuristic, card sorting, diaries, others. * Understand and adhere all testing to user\-centric research best practices. * Ensure the scope of user tests properly incorporate the consideration for human physical and cognitive capabilities and limitations. * Provide design guidance on product development based on user testing results. * Coordinate with global peers on harmonization and sharing of user testing documents, methodologies, and results. * Create and edit moderation guides for user testing. YOUR PROFILE* Bachelor's degree in one of the following fields: Engineering, Ergonomics, Human Factors, Biomechanics, Biomedical, Human Kinetics, Cognitive systems, or other related fields. * **Experience with user centered design and requirements development.** * Understanding of **electrical engineering systems** and **development processes**. * Experience with **Photoshop, Visio, Doors (desirable), Adobe XD.** * Understanding the **benchmarking of competitive vehicle designs for usability and ergonomics,** which includes heuristic and objective measurements. * Experience with **vehicle life cycle design and development.** * Strong **statistical/data analyst background** in education and / or on projects. * **Advanced English is a must.** WHAT YOU’LL LOVE ABOUT WORKING HERE?* At Capgemini Engineering, we encourage flexibility in how, when, and where people get their work done, allowing a better work\-life balance, and greater empowerment.
