Technical mentoring for junior and semi-senior developers. **Rexidi is looking for a FULLSTACK DEVELOPER \- SENIOR in Lomas De Chapultpec \- Miguel Hidalgo, Mexico City** --------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------- **A leading FINTECH invites you to join its team as:** **FULLSTACK DEVELOPER\- SENIOR** **Job Objective:** **Design, develop, and maintain comprehensive full-stack technology solutions (frontend, mobile, and backend) that ensure scalability, security, performance, and optimal user experience, aligned with business goals.** **This role is pivotal within the development team, reporting to the IT \& Product Manager and collaborating closely with DevOps, QA, UX/UI, and Architecture teams.** **Key Responsibilities:** * **Fullstack design and development:** * **Implement responsive and accessible web and mobile interfaces.** * **Build and maintain scalable APIs and microservices.** * **Optimization and maintenance:** * **Improve frontend and backend performance.** * **Define strategies for SQL/NoSQL databases.** * **Integration and deployment:** * **Ensure continuous integration and automated deployment.** * **Technical mentoring:** * **Guide junior and semi-senior developers on best practices.** * **Security and quality:** * **Ensure compliance with security standards and automated testing.** **Technical Skills:** * **Frontend: React, Angular, \*, HTML5, CSS3, JavaScript/TypeScript.** * **Mobile: React Native, Flutter, or native development (Android/iOS).** * **Backend: \*, Java, Python, PHP.** * **Architecture: Microservices, REST, GraphQL.** * **Databases: SQL (MySQL, PostgreSQL), NoSQL (MongoDB).** * **DevOps: CI/CD, Docker, Kubernetes.** * **Testing: Jest, Cypress, Postman.** **Required Experience:** * **5\+ years of fullstack development experience (frontend, mobile, and backend).** * **Experience with high-demand projects and scalable architectures.** **Communication Skills:** * **Technical leadership and collaborative teamwork.** * **Effective communication with cross-functional teams.** * **Ability to clearly explain complex solutions.** **Key Competencies:** * **Analytical thinking and problem-solving.** * **Innovation and results orientation.** * **Adaptability to agile environments.** **We Offer:** * **Monthly salary: $40,000 \- $50,000 MXN (take-home pay)** * **Direct employment contract** * **Statutory benefits** * **Additional benefits** * **Work arrangement: First 6 months onsite, followed by a hybrid model (office \- remote work)** * **Work location: Boulevard Manuel Ávila Camacho (Periférico), Torre Esmeralda, Col.
