RESPONSIBILITIES Design interfaces and layouts for websites, landing pages, and applications. Create wireframes, mockups, and interactive prototypes in collaboration with the development and marketing teams. Adapt and optimize designs for different devices (desktop, tablet, and mobile). Propose user experience (UX) improvements based on usability best practices. Maintain visual consistency of brand identity across digital environments. Create monthly content grids and design social media assets when necessary. Present and adjust design proposals based on received feedback. Manage and organize design files efficiently. REQUIREMENTS Junior Graphic Designer or UX/UI Designer with a strong portfolio. Proficiency in Figma, Adobe XD, or similar prototyping tools. Basic knowledge of Adobe Illustrator and Photoshop for creating graphic assets. Understanding of UX/UI principles, design systems, grid, and responsive design. Creativity, proactivity, and attention to detail. Communication skills, openness to feedback, and enthusiasm for teamwork.
