




**Job Description:** Design effective, engaging, and business-centered digital experiences that align the brand's visual identity with marketing and communication strategies, ensuring consistency between design, functionality, and business objectives. **Main Responsibilities:** * Design graphic materials for digital marketing campaigns: banners, reels, TikTok, newsletters, presentations, informational sheets. * Video editing for TikTok, YouTube. * Develop and maintain the company's visual system and brand manuals. * Collaborate with development, content, and sales teams to align design with business goals. * Analyze user behavior metrics to improve conversions. * Participate in advertising strategy brainstorming sessions and creative proposals. * Stay updated on design trends, tools, and best practices. **Requirements: Education:** Bachelor's degree in Graphic Design, Digital Design, Visual Communication, Digital Marketing, or related field. **Experience:** * Proven experience in graphic design applied to marketing campaigns. * Visual portfolio (mandatory). **Technical Skills:** * Proficiency in UI/UX design tools: Figma, Adobe XD, Sketch, or similar. * Advanced knowledge of Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign). * Knowledge of usability, accessibility, and information architecture fundamentals. * Basic knowledge of HTML/CSS (desirable). * Analytics tools such as Hotjar, Google Analytics, Facebook Business (desirable), WordPress knowledge (desirable), AI tools for design and video. * Knowledge of social media design and digital campaigns (email marketing, ads, etc.). **Soft Skills:** * Creative and strategic thinking. * Attention to detail. * Effective visual and verbal communication. * Multidisciplinary teamwork. * Ability to manage multiple projects and meet deadlines.
