Drive a data-driven culture through testing. **Role Objective** Lead the integrated SEO and Content strategy to maximize organic visibility, qualified traffic, and business contribution—aligned with search intent and business goals—ensuring correct technical, content, and analytical execution. **Responsibilities** * Define and execute the end\-to\-end SEO strategy (technical, content, and off\-page), aligned with business objectives (traffic, conversion, revenue). * Lead opportunity identification through keyword analysis, competitor analysis, search trends, and user behavior. * Oversee implementation of technical SEO best practices (indexing, crawling, Core Web Vitals, site architecture, etc.). * Collaborate with product, UX, content, and development teams to ensure proper SEO integration into new developments and optimizations. * Manage and prioritize the SEO initiative backlog based on impact vs. effort. * Monitor organic performance (ranking, traffic, CTR, conversions) and generate actionable insights. * Define and track SEO KPIs, ensuring robust and reliable measurement. * Lead SEO audits and remediation plans. * Drive a data\-driven culture through testing (SEO experiments, content optimization, SERP improvements). * Stay up to date with search algorithm changes and market trends. Manage and develop the SEO and Content team, ensuring capability growth and quality standards. **Technical Skills** * Strong knowledge of technical SEO (crawlability, indexability, structured data, Core Web Vitals). * Experience with SEO tools (Google Search Console, Screaming Frog, SEMrush, Ahrefs, etc.). * Knowledge of HTML, CSS, and basic web development concepts. * Experience in data analytics (Google Analytics, Adobe Analytics or other tools). * Understanding of information architecture and UX applied to SEO. * Experience in content management and on\-page optimization. **Analytical Skills** * Ability to interpret data and translate it into actionable insights. * Experience defining and tracking KPIs. * Strategic thinking focused on business outcomes. * Experience prioritizing initiatives based on impact. \#LI\-LATAM
