JOIN US AS A **Community Manager** **Requirements** * Bachelor’s degree in Graphic Design. * AGE: 23 – 28 YEARS * Proficiency with computers, graphic tablets, printers, scanners, digital cameras, and presentation equipment. * Mastery of design software: Adobe Creative Suite (Illustrator, Photoshop, InDesign), Sketch, CorelDRAW, among others. * Familiarity with digital collaboration tools. **1 YEAR OF EXPERIENCE** * Creation of promotional and digital materials aligned with brand identity. * Design of advertising materials for real estate properties (brochures, posters, billboards, flyers, etc.). * Collaborative work across diverse teams. * Continuous updating on digital marketing and design trends. **Main Responsibilities** **As Community Manager:** * Define and monitor digital marketing and social media objectives. * Develop and manage the content publication calendar. * Generate digital communications to strengthen community and customer relationships. * Analyze competitor activity. * Identify industry influencers and opinion leaders to establish strategic partnerships. * Monitor KPIs and prepare monthly performance reports. * Create and edit graphic materials. * Design user interfaces (UI) for websites and digital platforms. * Design user experience (UX), optimizing usability and accessibility. * Edit and enhance images. * Develop visual identity (logos, color palettes, typography). * Produce visual content for social media, blogs, and digital campaigns. **We Offer** * Salary: **$10,000 net monthly** * Statutory benefits * Schedule: Monday to Friday, 9:00 a.m. to 6:30 p.m. * Work location: **Lomas Verdes, Naucalpan** **If you are a creative, organized individual with a strategic digital vision, we want to meet you!** Position type: Full-time Salary: $10,000.00 per month Workplace: On-site employment
