You will architect end\-to\-end solutions, mature CI/CD and monitoring, and guide teams in secure, privacy\-first practices—apply now. **Responsibilities** * Architect and deliver end\-to\-end applications, AI agents, and platform modules that accelerate GenAI agent creation, evaluation, and release * Build engineering tools, CI/CD workflows, and monitoring capabilities, including evaluation frameworks, canary deployments, rollback strategies, and performance tracking * Implement secure development lifecycle and privacy\-first methods, including risk analysis and access minimization * Collaborate with product owners, UX specialists, and subject matter experts to ship user\-focused solutions with measurable impact * Apply advanced LLM techniques such as retrieval\-augmented generation, retrieval, routing, tool integration, and evaluation to improve reliability, safety, trust, speed of decisions, and cost efficiency * Lead by example through architectural direction, mentoring, and hands\-on ownership of major initiatives **Requirements** * Extensive software engineering experience with at least 7 years in hands\-on roles * Demonstrated leadership background with 2\+ years successfully guiding and managing developer teams * Proven record of leading 2\-3 system design and architecture projects end\-to\-end from inception * Ability to deliver independently or contribute effectively within small, fast\-moving teams * Practical experience taking AI agents from concept to production, including safety reviews, A/B testing\-style experimentation, and ongoing iteration * Hands\-on proficiency with LangChain or LangGraph, MCP, vector databases or RAG frameworks, and OpenSearch * Solid experience across core ML work such as training, deploying, and monitoring models * Working knowledge of compliance expectations such as SOC2 and HIPAA * Strong analytical mindset, clear ownership, and collaborative communication skills * Advanced full\-stack development skills and familiarity with cloud platforms like AWS, Azure, or GCP * Expertise with CI/CD practices and Infrastructure as Code * Understanding of Site Reliability Engineering concepts and operational reliability * Background in quality assurance practices and testing methodologies * Awareness of secure development lifecycle principles and privacy\-first approaches * Strong proficiency in TypeScript * English proficiency at B2\+ (Upper\-Intermediate) or higher, written and spoken **Nice to have** * Understanding of how large language models work, including limitations and common failure modes * Experience with advanced approaches such as fine\-tuning and adapting models
