You will set engineering standards across CI/CD, monitoring, and secure delivery while mentoring engineers—apply today. **Responsibilities** * Design and deliver full\-stack applications, AI agents, and platform modules to speed up GenAI agent creation, validation, and launch * Develop developer tooling, CI/CD pipelines, and observability, including evaluation frameworks, canary deployments, rollback strategies, and performance tracking * Embed secure development lifecycle and privacy\-first practices through risk analysis and access minimization * Partner with product owners, UX specialists, and subject matter experts to create user\-centered outcomes with real impact * Leverage LLM patterns such as retrieval\-augmented generation, retrieval, routing, tool integration, and evaluation to boost reliability, safety, trust, faster decisions, and lower costs * Provide architectural leadership, mentor the team, and contribute directly on critical initiatives **Requirements** * Significant hands\-on software engineering background totaling 7\+ years * Leadership experience of at least 2 years managing and guiding developer teams * Strong track record delivering 2\-3 initiatives covering system design and architecture from start to finish * Ability to work autonomously or thrive in small, high\-velocity teams * Experience shipping AI agents from idea to production, including safety reviews, A/B testing experimentation, and continuous improvement * Practical knowledge of LangChain or LangGraph, MCP, vector databases or RAG frameworks, and OpenSearch * Hands\-on exposure to ML fundamentals including model training, deployment, and supervision * Knowledge of regulated compliance areas such as SOC2 and HIPAA * Excellent analytical thinking, ownership behavior, and cross\-team communication * Advanced full\-stack capabilities and experience with AWS, Azure, or GCP environments * Strong command of CI/CD approaches and Infrastructure as Code practices * Familiarity with Site Reliability Engineering concepts for resilient systems * Experience with QA approaches and software testing methodology * Understanding of secure development lifecycle and privacy\-first engineering * High proficiency with TypeScript * English at B2\+ (Upper\-Intermediate) level or above, both written and spoken **Nice to have** * Knowledge of large language model behavior, constraints, and typical failure scenarios * Hands\-on experience with techniques like fine\-tuning and model adaptation
