You will serve as the bridge between business, users, and technical teams, translating complex requirements (surveys, conditional flows, and AI integration) into user stories and clear specifications. **Key Responsibilities:** * Elicitation, analysis, and documentation of functional and non-functional requirements * Modeling of complex business logic and conditional flows * Definition of processes for web (admin panel) and mobile app * Creation and management of user stories with acceptance criteria * Collaboration with UX/UI and development teams in agile environments * Validation of deliverables and ongoing support throughout the development lifecycle **Profile:** * \+3 years of experience as a Business Analyst in software development * Experience with systems involving complex logic (surveys, rules, workflows) * Proficiency in agile methodologies (Scrum/Kanban) and tools such as Jira or Azure DevOps * Skills in diagramming (UML, BPMN) and effective communication Benefits exceeding legal requirements Salary: $30,000\.00 \- $35,000\.00 per month Workplace: On-site employment
