**About the Role** We’re a U.S.\-based digital automation and AI agency that designs, builds, and deploys **AI agents** that think, act, and perform real business functions from lead management to client support, appointment handling, data analysis, and more. We need a **Full\-Stack AI Developer** who can help us: * **Host and deploy** existing AI agents as live, interactive web applications * **Develop new AI agents from scratch**, integrating them into scalable, production\-ready environments * **Build authentication, subscriptions, and user dashboards** that let clients interact with and pay for access to these agents This role requires strong experience in both **frontend and backend web development** and the ability to integrate **AI frameworks (LangChain, OpenAI API)** with databases, payment systems, and user interfaces. You’ll work directly with the CEO and automation engineers to bring these products to life. **What You’ll Do** **AI Agent Development \& Hosting** * Convert existing GPT\-based AI agents into fully hosted, functional web apps * Build new AI agents from scratch (chat, voice, automation, or data\-driven) * Connect models and logic using **LangChain, OpenAI API, or custom pipelines** **Web App \& System Architecture** * Design authentication, permissions, and user subscription logic * Integrate **Stripe** for recurring payments, billing, and API access * Set up scalable backends using **Supabase (Postgres, Auth, RLS, Edge Functions)** * Manage user data securely and handle API communication efficiently **Frontend Development** * Build intuitive dashboards and interfaces in **React or Next.js** * Implement live interaction (chat, voice, or dashboard controls) * Ensure responsive, user\-friendly UI/UX that matches product branding **Backend \& API Integration** * Connect and orchestrate APIs for model responses, payments, and analytics * Manage data pipelines, usage tracking, and AI performance logging * Deploy production apps on **Vercel, Netlify, or Docker\-based environments** **Required Skills \& Experience** * 4\+ years of **full\-stack web development** (frontend \+ backend) * Strong knowledge of **JavaScript/TypeScript, Node.js, React, Next.js** * Proven experience with **LangChain or LangGraph**, OpenAI APIs, or similar frameworks * Deep understanding of **authentication, authorization, and subscription logic** * Hands\-on with **Supabase (Auth, Database, Functions)** or Firebase * Familiar with **Stripe API integration** (subscriptions, billing, usage control) * Solid understanding of **database design and data flow management** * Excellent English communication skills — both written and spoken **Nice to Have** * Experience with **AI SaaS products** or multi\-user agent platforms * Familiarity with **Zapier, Make, or GoHighLevel** for automation connections * Voice or chat SDK integration (Whisper, Deepgram, ElevenLabs, PlayHT) * Knowledge of **analytics, monitoring, or token usage tracking** * Basic DevOps understanding (Docker, CI/CD, scalable deployment) **Why You’ll Love Working With Us** * You’ll **build and launch real AI products**, not simple prototypes * Work directly with **founders and leadership** on high\-impact AI systems * Long\-term opportunity in a **U.S.\-based company** with 24\+ years of digital experience * Fully remote, **USD compensation**, and performance\-based growth * Creative autonomy to architect and deploy your own solutions **How to Apply** Please email your **resume (in English)** to **hr@dcmmg.com** and include a brief introduction about yourself.
