Here, every step you take brings you closer to your best self. **Job Objective:** Drive the effective adoption of agile methodologies across the organization through training and team development in agile practices and user experience (UX). Promote a culture of continuous improvement aligned with organizational strategy, integrating user-centered practices to design solutions that deliver greater value and effectiveness. Additionally, identify and flag potential deviations during implementation to ensure successful and sustainable adoption. **Responsibilities:** * Design and implement agile and UX training and development programs for teams and leaders across the organization. * Conduct assessments to evaluate the current state of organizational teams’ agility, proposing action plans to improve performance. * Provide individual and group coaching to work teams to foster self-organization, shared accountability, and continuous improvement. * Facilitate agile working sessions (e.g., dailies, retrospectives, planning) to ensure adherence to appropriate practices. * Define, monitor, and report on key metrics to assess agile implementation progress and team performance. * Advise teams to validate the end-user experience of their functionality throughout the development lifecycle (pre-, during, and post-development). Upon completion of each phase, validate the practice performed. * Serve as a bridge between agile strategy and UX vision, contributing to the organization’s adoption of a culture grounded in user validation, empathy, and continuous improvement. * Promote user-centered solution-building practices, ensuring they address real needs of our policyholders, sales force, suppliers, and colleagues. **Requirements:*** **Education:** Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Computer Science, or Information Technology Engineering. * **Language:** Intermediate English * **Type and Duration of Experience:** Minimum 5 years of verifiable experience in agile project roles within technology teams * **Knowledge:** Familiarity with agile project management tools. * **Tools:** Certification preferred in Scrum (Scrum Alliance / Scrum.org), Kanban (Lean Kanban University), Management 3.0, or Systemic Coaching. **What We Offer:** At AXA Mexico, we provide a path to enhance your skills, grow personally and professionally, and live an experience that challenges you to become better every day.
